AA18359 DC/DC converter is officially available in the market

In order to support the variety of power supplying to CCD module, Agamem is delightful to announce that we deliver our first DC/DC converter, namely AA18359, into the market. Compare to the performance of common DC/DC converter under 85%, the efficiency of AA18359 is up to 90%. It features 4.5V to 16V input voltage, output adjustable as -8V, 3.3V or 15V, and the output current is up to 1A. The AA18359 is RoHs compliance and 100% Lead (Pb) Free. It is also functional over current protection / over temperature protection. The package type is SOT26L.

ABOUT AA18359
The AA18359 is a 1.4MHz fixed frequency PWM non-synchronous step-down regulator. AA18359 is operated from 4.5V to 16V, the generated output is adjustable from 0.81V to 14V, and the output current can be up to 1A with excellent load and line regulation. Current mode operation provides fast transient response and eases loop stabilization. The turn-on resistance of the power MOSFET switches is 0.5Ω, and the shutdown current is almost 0μA. AA18359 based solution is with minimum external components. The model is available in the SOT26L package, and it is RoHS compliant and 100% lead (Pb) free.
